[Hong Kong] BAKE Cheese Tart, SOGO Causeway Bay

I knew bake cheese tart several months ago.. And never want to buy this because it is always crowded and lots of people will queue.
Last November I found there was shorter queue (but frankly the queue was still long. I queued until emergency stairs)

After 30 minutes, OMG.. it was super delicious!!!
It is originally from Hokkaido, Japan. They use 3 kinds of cheese, two of them from Hokkaido, and one is coming from France. The tart dough is also crispy. They bake only dough firstly, then bake together with cheese mousse. they call it "double baked"

There are four ways to enjoy this:
1. eat after you bought, as fresh as possible at room temperature
2. reheat it in microwave until the cheese melt perfectly
3. put it inside fridge first before you eat, enjoy smoother texture
4. put into freezer and enjoy the cheese tart like an ice cream

At that time, Every person can only buy 12 pieces of tart max..
In front of me,there were 3 members in one family.. They bought 36 pieces!
For me, It's not cheap... 1 piece is 20HKD!! and 6 pieces 110HKD.
